dissolve treatments?
It is not recommended that women receive PCDC
injections while pregnant or breast feeding.

For the first 48 hours after a treatment, you should
not engage in vigorous physical activity or
exercise. After that time period, playing sports or
exercising is acceptable.

Can I work after the treatments?
Yes. Traditionally after an injection procedure,
there is no requirement for bed rest or reduced
activity and most patients will resume their normal
schedule immediately. The minimal disruption in
their daily agenda is the reason most patients find
this lipotherapy so attractive.
-
Can lipo dissolve get rid of the belly I gained from
having babies?

areas with stubborn fat, like your lower abs after

handles.

any other part of their body - because this works!

-
How does lipo dissolve compare to mesotherapy?
Lipo dissolve utilizes a pharmaceutical compound
called phosphatidylcholine deoxycholate (PCDC),
which is administered through a series of
micro-injections to permanently dissolve fat.
Mesotherapy are injections composed of a cocktail of
pharmaceuticals, including vitamins, minerals, amino
acids, and medications.
Lipotherapy injections are placed in the mid-layer
of subcutaneous fat, while mesotherapy injections
are played at the hypodermis level.
While lipo dissolve is used to dissolve fat
deposits, mesotherapy is more commonly used for
smoothing of the skin and skin rejuvenation. We do
not offer mesotherapy.
-
How does the procedure work?
Our signature, non-surgical lipotherapy treatment is
a pharmaceutical compound called phosphatidylcholine
deoxycholate, or PCDC, which is administered through
a series of micro-injections to permanently dissolve
the fat.
Over time, fat cells expand where we least want
them, around our middle, the buttocks, thighs, arms,
or chin. To dissolve these pockets of fat, PCDC
micro-injections are delivered into the targeted
treatment areas. The fat cells absorb the PCDC and
become slightly inflamed, then harden. The hardened
fat cells break down within a few weeks leading to
measurable inch loss.
At this point, the fat cell no longer exists and has
been permanently removed from the body. With
multiple treatments, the end result is a smooth,
natural look in the area that is treated.
-
How is lipo dissolve different from plastic surgery?
Lipo dissolve is a non-invasive procedure. Unlike
plastic surgery, there is no anesthesia, no surgery,
and no downtime.
-
How long do I have to wait between each treatment?
You have to wait at least three weeks between each
treatment. Depending on your body type and
physiology, the medical person treating you may
recommend waiting a longer period of time between
treatments.
-
How long do I need treatments?
Each patient's anatomy and physiology dictate
different treatment regimens. Our medical staff will
customize a program for you at the time of your free
and confidential consultation.
-
How long does each treatment take?
Treatments take less than an hour, that's why people
call it "lunchtime lipo."
-
How long will it take to see results? Will I be able
to tell a difference right away?
Results vary with each person's body type and
physiology. Some people start to see results after
as few as two treatments, others not until their
fifth treatment.
-
How many lipo dissolve treatments can I get?
We recommend that you treat only two areas at the
same time, at a minimum of three week intervals.
This depends on your lifestyle and what your
tolerance is to the swelling and occasional bruising
which can occur. The areas we treat include the back
of the arms, the upper and lower abdomen, the chin
and jowls, knees, upper and lower back, inner and
outer thighs, buttocks, and love handles. We've seen
tremendous results with men who have gynecamastia,
or enlarged breasts.
-
How many treatments will I need?
Each person's anatomy and physiology is different.
Most people fall into a four to five treatment
range. We'll customize a program for you at the time
of your free and private consultation.
-
How old do you have to be?
You must be 18 years of age to receive lipo dissolve
treatments.
-
Is it painful? Does it hurt?
There may be some localized discomfort upon
injection, and a minor burning sensation immediately
following the treatment. Swelling will occur in the
treated area, and soreness and inflammation may be
experienced for several days after treatment. In
some cases, possible localized bruising may occur.
-
Is lipo dissolve safe?
Our ABSolute Lipo Dissolve Centers maintain the
highest standards and treatment protocols to ensure
the safety of our patients. PCDC micro-injections
are always administered by trained and certified
medical staff.
PCDC has been used in various medical applications
since the 1950s and has been utilized for cosmetic
purposes since the mid 90s. No significant adverse
affects attributable to the PCDC injections have
been identified.
-
Is PCDC FDA approved?
PCDC is not FDA approved. It is a combination of
natural ingredients prepared for each patient by a
state licensed compounding pharmacy. The ingredients
have been used for a variety of medical purposes in
the US and have been used for decades in countries
around the world. Patients and physicians continue
to be pleased with the results when PCDC is properly
used.
-
Is the procedure permanent? Will the fat stay away
or return in other areas?
Each person is born with a certain number of fat
cells (adipocytes) and after adolescence will not
develop more. Lipo dissolve will dissolve fat
permanently in the area of treatment, leaving only a
thin layer of cells. If a person gains weight, the
fat cells located in the non-treated areas
(including the deep visceral fat) will naturally get
larger. However, the area that was treated will
remain unchanged.
Because lipo dissolve is an investment in an
improved body image, it is important to maintain a
healthy lifestyle by watching your diet and
exercising to avoid excess weight gain.
-
What areas of the body can be treated? Can I
dissolve in any area?
We offer treatment for the back of the arms, the
upper and lower abdomen, the face, chin and jowls,
knees, upper and lower back, inner and outer thighs,
buttocks, love handles, and the male chest.
We are unable to treat the breast area on women or
below the knees.
-
What is the downtime?
There's little or no downtime! That's the beauty of
the lipo dissolve procedure, especially when you
compare it to more invasive procedures such as
liposuction and abdominoplasty. Normally, patients
can resume their normal schedule immediately after
injections. Some people experience tenderness which
may require them to rest up a bit right after their
treatment, but most of our patients pursue their
normal activities.
-
Will I have any dietary restrictions?
There are no dietary restrictions; however, you
should watch your diet and maintain a healthy
lifestyle to achieve maximum results.
-
Will I look leaner or more muscular?
The goal of lipo dissolve is to remove fat in
unwanted areas. As the fat begins to dissolve away,
the targeted areas will look leaner and the skin
will appear tighter. Because the area is leaner,
there will be more tone and definition. The area
generally does not become more muscular, but many
patients have found that strength training and
exercise improves the appearance of the targeted
area even further.
-
Will I lose weight?
-
Lipo dissolve therapy is not intended for weight
loss. While the procedure will dissolve fat in key
trouble areas, the overall amount of weight lost is
insignificant.
-
Will it improve health performance?
Lipo dissolve helps dissolve stubborn fat deposits
and helps you look better, but it doesn't lead to
weight loss. But, patients who have a better self
image are typically more motivated to keep that
healthy body image. Frequently, our patients find
they eat healthier and exercise more as positive
reinforcement of what they see in the mirror.
-
Will lipo dissolve fail like all other diet plans or
fads?
Lipo dissolve is a permanent solution. Once the fat
is dissolved away, it will not return. However, to
maintain the results, we encourage all patients to
maintain a healthy, active lifestyle to avoid weight
gain.
-
Will my friends be able to tell that I got something
done?
Because lipo dissolve therapy is a gradual
dissolution of fat, and because there is no
downtime, your friends will not necessarily know you
had something done. Unlike plastic surgery or
liposuction, there is no need for anyone to know
that you are receiving treatments.
-
Will there be left over or saggy skin?
Because lipo dissolve therapy is a gradual process,
the skin begins to tighten as the fat dissolves
away.
